Have you ever wondered how the rich and famous keep it all together and always look so glamorous on tv or in public? They seem to have the perfect lifestyle until you put them under the microscope and see what is really going on in their private life. It seems that the world falls apart when you hear how so and so got arrested for drugs or a DUI or someone is getting divorced or what have you. The simple truth here is that nobody rich, famous or poor and unknown is able to live a perfectly happy life full of balance and purpose unless they work damn hard at it on a daily basis.
Nothing worth it is ever free or easy; so even when nepotism is at play and some ungrateful snot nose inherits a boat load of cash…it is almost inevitable he or she will lose or squander it all due to not having ever developed the necessary behaviors required to succeed in life. Money, happiness, success, wealth, spirituality, etc. is all really just a mind set and therefore a decision to execute on a daily basis. You can not just do it once or twice, but rather you need to do it as a true lifestyle change.
Nobody has it all together, but a lot of people do have a happy and meaningful life because they have real discipline. I truly believe that discipline is the difference between the have and have not’s. Not to say the have not’s will never become the have’s because statistically speaking, you will achieve just about any goal if you put your mind to it. Which brings up a very interesting point. What does that even mean. I can say I think I will earn one million dollars oneway. Is that enough regarding putting my mind to something? I believe for anything to happen, a true paradigm shift must first awaken within you where you realize that you are destined for success and you will not stop working to meeting your goals no matter what! Also, you will have a hunger for constant action and not just thoughts. This is where rubber meets the road so to speak.
I could continue to go on and on, but I will save you the dramatics and not risk boring you with overplayed and repeated clichés that I am sure you have heard over and over again. Hopefully this motivates you to finally do something different in order to find a real balance in your life. May you find all the blessed health, happiness, wealth and whatever else your heart desires. Furthermore, may you find the courage to work hard at accomplishing your dreams and never stop pushing through the fear and hard times. May you be willing to ask for help when needed and to offer it when asked. Please comment below if you have any additional insight to share along.
